Not medical advice

FloraWellness shares herbal, nutritional, and traditional wellness information — including traditional Haitian remedies — for educational and cultural purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any remedy, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or caring for an infant or child. Never give herbal preparations to infants under 12 months without a pediatrician's approval. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

Premium subscription

• Premium costs $7 per month (or the equivalent local price on the App Store) and renews automatically until cancelled.
• Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe; you can cancel any time from the billing portal in the app.
• iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in your device's Subscription settings.
• Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping, reselling or redistributing premium content, reverse engineering, attempting to bypass the paywall, or uploading unlawful or harmful material.

Content and ownership

All remedies, recipes, and written material in FloraWellness belong to us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Content you enter — rituals, cycle data, favorites — remains yours.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any remedy will produce a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using FloraWellness at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
