Information we collect

• Account data — your email address, display name, and optional profile photo.
• Wellness data — daily ritual check-ins, saved favorites, and cycle information you enter (start date, cycle length, period length).
• Preferences — language, colour theme, and wallpaper choices.
• Subscription data — payment status handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data — basic log and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

We use your data only to provide the service: to sign you in, to save and display your rituals, favorites and cycle calendar, to personalize recommendations, to process subscriptions, and to keep the app secure.

Health information

Cycle and wellness entries are sensitive. They are stored in your own account and protected by row-level security so that only you can read them. We do not sell, rent, or share health data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run FloraWellness: a cloud database and authentication provider for your account and content, Stripe for web payments, Apple for in-app purchases on iOS, and an email provider for account emails. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your content at any time in the app, and you can request full account deletion by emailing us — we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the period required by law.

Children

FloraWellness is intended for adults. The Mother & Baby section is written for parents and caregivers; we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
